What is a 4 x 4 Matrix?

A 4 x 4 matrix is where you find your 4 people who want to work from home and sign up under you.
These 4 people are on your first tier.
After which you help them get their 4 people (for a total of 16 people).
These 16 people are on your tier 2.
These 16 people in your team then each sign up their 4 people (for a total of 64 people)
These 64 people are in your tier 3.
After which these 64 people each find their 4 people (for a total of 256 people)
These 256 people are in your tier 4.
